Well! What a miserable day to explore the roundhouse at St Fagans and have a wander around the other fascinating, historical buildings but..... we wrapped up warm, put our wellies on and were fully prepared for the adventures ahead!
So very proud of all of 3LB - once again their behaviour was exceptional, they listened carefully and enjoyed the little activities set. The roundhouse was surprisingly big and because of the poor weather, it was very dark! We had to adjust to the light and use a torch so that we could see all the artefacts! It was exciting and very atmospheric!
We then embraced the wet drizzle and used our oracy skills to create short videos of St Fagans and what it has to offer. Miss Bird conveniently made base in the one house with a log fire to ensure no one burnt themselves!! I'd like to thank Mrs Farmer and Mrs Gardner who were fantastic helpers and just got stuck in! I hope you managed to have a well-deserved hot chocolate when you got back!
