Constant Netball!
On the 5th of March the Year sixes had a match against Llanishen Fach and beat them 12-4. Everyone was very happy that they won because last time they had a match against Llanishen Fach, they lost. The adults that watched the match really enjoyed it because the children played really well and it was fun to watch. There were two teams, the red team and the blue team, the red goalkeeper and the blue goal attack were the players of the match for Llysfaen!
On the 7th of March (only 2 days later!) the Year sixes played a Netball match against Coed Glas and beat them 18-0, there were 4 quarters and two teams, a red team and a blue team and the children played each quarter perfectly and didn’t concede a single goal! All the adults that watched the match said that the children played amazingly and the Llysfaen's red centre was voted player of the match by the Coed Glas.
Mr Jones did however, single out the defensive players in assembly as without them, the performance wouldn't have been nearly as impressive!
